- Eligibility Assessment: A customizable assessment that compares applicants to your ideal job requirements and minimum job requirements. It measures specific types and amounts of job experience, job skills and education. All factors are weighted and scored producing an accurate overall measurement of eligibility. It can be used as an online pre-assessment which takes 5 minutes for applicants to complete. It can also be used during the interview process by scoring or rescoring the results after further questioning and reference checks. It allows for numerous complex factors to be accurately and consistently evaluated.
- Harrison Suitability Assessment: A comprehensive and integrated assessment of attitudes, motivations, work values, interests, interpersonal skills, work environment preferences and other work preferences in relationship to the conditions and requirements of a specific job. The assessment formulas are based on 20 years of performance research and can be completely customized according to the job requirements. It can be used for recruitment as well as developing performance, retention and work satisfaction.
- Interview Suitability Assessment: A complementary means of further assessing suitability during the interview. It includes customizable behavioral questions that can reflect the same researched criteria as the Harrison Suitability Profile. When the interview results are entered into the system, it automatically calculates the results into the overall score allowing for a clear overall evaluation of the interviewee which includes all previously administered assessments.
- Third-party Assessments can be integrated with all test results allowing you to incorporate results of other assessments, such as skills tests, I.Q. tests, etc. The raw test results can be given interpretative scoring and those scores can be integrated with the overall score.
